About us
Lara Rimassa, CEO, Co-Founder
Lara Rimassa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she studied how language, thoughts, and behaviors are connected. During this time, she trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and built a strong foundation in behavioral science and Relational Frame Theory (RFT). She also took part in research exploring how music affects the brain and emotional regulation, and how this relates to behavior.
Lara completed her Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2021; however, she began her professional ABA work in 2014, starting with structured early intervention programs based on the Lovaas model. With experience, she shifted toward compassionate, child-led, and trauma-informed approaches that prioritize emotional safety, autonomy, and meaningful skill building.
Today, Lara specializes in compassionate, neuro-affirming ABA and ACT-based caregiver support. She supervises clinical teams, develops individualized treatment plans, and works closely with families to support communication, emotional regulation, flexibility, and independence in a supportive and respectful way.
Outside of her work, Lara enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, playing piano and guitar, organizing fun kickball and pickleball games, and playing video games with friends and family.

Lindsey Christman, Director of Training
Lindsey’s journey into behavior analysis had a unique start: she began in the animal behavior world, where she developed a strong foundation in applied behavior principles working with dogs before eventually transitioning to working with the human population in graduate school. After graduation and passing her BCBA exam in 2013, she spent some time learning and working in Germany under Robert Schramm, BCBA, author of the 7 Steps of Instructional Control, and in Alaska, bringing ABA to remote villages that wouldn’t otherwise have access to services. With master’s degrees in Instructional Design and Special Education, Lindsey combines an understanding of learning science with a passion for practical, effective training that supports behavior professionals at every level, but tries to never stop learning about the field herself.
Outside of work, Lindsey likes to offroad her Jeep in deep snow and over big rocks and stays active in the dog training community still. Both as a K9 handler for search and rescue dogs and raising and training guide dog puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, having recently returned her 12th dog for placement as a guide dog.
