All treatment is reinforcement-based and aligned with the Hanley model of keeping learning Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged (HRE).

Emotional Regulation & Coping

We teach skills that help individuals understand their emotions and respond in safe and adaptive ways.

  • Identifying and labeling feelings
  • Developing coping and calming strategies
  • Teaching alternative behaviors that meet the same need
  • Gradual reduction of unsafe, disruptive, or interfering behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, self-injury)

Social Skills & Relationship Building

We create supportive, play-based environments where social growth can happen naturally.

  • Cooperative and parallel play
  • Turn-taking, sharing, and interactive games
  • Reading social cues and body language
  • Understanding perspectives and flexible thinking
  • Social etiquette and community behaviors

Our Goal

To support meaningful growth through connection, safety, communication, and confidence. We meet individuals where they are, honor their pace, and build skills that make daily life more joyful and more manageable for the whole family.

Our FantAutistic History

Who We Are

FantAutistic Skills Training (FAST) provides compassionate, trauma-informed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that prioritize emotional safety, meaningful skill development, and collaboration with caregivers. Our approach is rooted in the Hanley Model of keeping clients Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged (HRE), ensuring that learning happens in environments where individuals feel safe, understood, and respected.

Our Approach

FAST utilizes a blend of naturalistic teaching methods—including Pivotal Response Training, Incidental Teaching, and Natural Environment Teaching—while also incorporating structured learning when beneficial. We avoid all forms of restrictive, punishment-based, or compliance-driven practices. Instead, we focus on reinforcement, connection, and building autonomy in ways that support real-life generalization.

We believe growth is most successful when caregivers and clinicians work as a unified team. That’s why caregiver collaboration is a core component of our model. Together, we build practical strategies that can be integrated into home, school, and community life.

Integrated Behavioral & Medical Support

FAST was founded to close the gap many families face in accessing both behavioral and medical support. By partnering behavioral care with psychiatric and nutritional services through our clinical leadership team, we provide coordinated, whole-person care that meets each client’s needs efficiently and thoughtfully.

At FAST, our goal is not to change who someone is — but to support them in developing the skills, confidence, and self-understanding needed to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
